We all wish to have luscious hair but is all that easy? Yes, in some cases and No in most. As we age, our hair ages too and naturally they need more attention and extra care. If your hair has had enough, it's time to make some changes to make your hair healthier in 2016.
1| Massage Your Scalp
It is important to keep your scalp clean and healthy in order for your hair to grow healthy. Book a weekly head massage and scalp treatment with us to release stress and improve blood circulation of the scalp.
2| Don't Color Too Much
Excess hair dye can strip off natural oil off your hair and scalp, keep that to a minimum. Give your hair a break of at least a month or two between touch ups or complete hair coloring sessions.
3| Brush as Less as Possible
It's not important to brush your hair 10 times a day. The more you brush the more your hair will be prone to break. Brush your hair only in the morning and once at night before bed.
4| Essential Oil Treatment
You probably don't get the time to oil your hair that often, in that case, add a few drops of essential oil to your shampoo and massage the mixture into your hair when washing your hair. Massage for a few minutes and rinse your hair. You'll be amazed at the results.
5| Leave-In Conditioner Treatments
During the winter months, hair has a tendency to dry out. Applying a deep conditioning treatment at least once a month will help to keep your hair soft and moist.
